I saw this on Pinterest and thought the kids could make them, easy peezie.
I think they look pretty good for 5 and 7 year olds!
You will use a lot of sprinkles of you use the ones like we did, we used 2 bottles for 2 pounds of strawberries and ran out.
We used the store brand chocolate chips, not any fancy chocolate, but you can if you want!
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- 1 -2 bottles blue sprinkles (or what you can find) spread them on a plate or shallow small pan.
Instructions
- Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment or wax paper, whichever you have.
- Take the bag of white chocolate chips and melt a cups worth in a microwave safe bowl until melted.
- Dip the strawberries into the chocolate, then into the sprinkles and place on the tray.
- Put the tray into the fridge to set.
- Remove tray from fridge/ and place in a bowl and enjoy!

These look amazing! I had to add this recipe to my Cook’n recipe organizer so I can make them later! I have a 4 year old son who loves to help me in the kitchen and this recipe would be perfect for him to help with! Thanks for posting it!

You are welcome Tammy I’m sure he will enjoy making them as much as my 5 and 7 year old did. Have a broom ready, the spilled the sprinkles, but we still had fun
I just adore these! I think they are so fun and festive and can be used on many occasions! I’m thinking school parties too! I have an 8 and a 7 year old who I think who would really get into making these! Of course, I’d have to accept that there’d be sprinkles everywhere! Your kids did a great job!
Yes, there were sprinkles everywhere. If you have a deck, maybe do them outside to minimize the ‘damage’ in the house. It is easy to clean up, so we survived! Enjoy!

Missed this recipe when planning our patriotic party, but white chocolate and strawberries — I think I can find another occasion for the recipe! Do you have any advice on how to select strawberries — or do they hold up well to the dipping?
